1. Privacy and Data Collection
1.1 All information that a user or advertiser provides to PARTNERS to use the platform must be correct and accurate so that it is easy for the buyer to contact the advertiser directly, only then to provide proper promotion, safe and effective service to your business using the advertiser platform. To do so, collecting, using, and sharing personal information is important to PARTNERS. If you wish to provide any personal information to PARTNERS, you consent to and consent to transferring and storing that information on PARTNERS' servers. 1.2 PARTNERS user or advertiser, all the information to be kept confidential, password, email ID is private, which will not be required during communication with the buyer. Hence, privacy is the sole responsibility of all users, advertisers, or sellers.
2. Reasons for collecting personal information

Among them, name, mobile number, and advertisement time are shared with other users or buyers. 2.2 PARTNERS have some personal information like name, email, and phone number, we use, and for our promotional needs, we use it to send you emails, mobile calls, or WhatsApp messages. 2.3 When a user or advertiser on PARTNERS needs to take some premium services or transactions of PARTNERS, advertising or transaction accounts are collected and the advertiser can see all his advertising and transaction accounts on the dashboard and the advertiser keeps accounts. 2.4 PARTNERS USER ADVERTISERS use email, mobile calls, or WhatsApp messages to contact us for promotion, the campaign to modernize your business and advertisement, or to improve the advertisement campaign. 2.5 PARTNERS use email, mobile call or WhatsApp messaging to update users advertise our services, or inform them about new offers. 2.6 PARTNERS is governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and PARTNERS is committed to complying with PARTNERS rules and Bangladesh laws to protect users, and advertisers from fraud and abuse.
3. Cookies
3.1 PARTNERS This site uses “cookies”. "Cookie" means that cookies must be enabled on your computer for all features of this site to function properly. A cookie is a small data file that is stored on your hard drive when you use a website. Cookie files store certain information, such as a random number user ID, which is assigned to a visitor by the website to know about the information on that page. 4. Bundle usage and Refunds
4.1 Among the users in PARTNERS, the general user, executive partner or city partner takes or receives all the bundles, the proper use of the bundle is to boost or promote advertisements. 4.2 An advertiser in PARTNERS can take an advertiser bundle directly from PARTNERS for his advertisement or to promote or boost the advertisement, with that bundle, the advertiser can boost or promote his advertisement in the right way. 4.3 Executive Partner or City Partner Bundle usage rules and guidelines are as follows: 4.3.1. Ad Post, Ad Promote, Ad Boost or Promotion is or is used in PARTNERS. 4.3.2. An Executive Partner creates an advertiser or user account on PARTNERS using his/her reference ID and if that advertiser posts an ad or advertises on PARTNERS, that Executive Partner automatically gets a bundle and the Executive Partner can use that bundle for ad boost or promotion. 4.3.3. In PARTNERS, an executive partner will boost the ad using the bundle and can collect money from the advertiser according to the boost amount, in no case the executive partner can take more money from the advertiser than the boost amount. 4.3.4. An Executive Partner Bundle on PARTNERS is only for advertising boost or promotion, the amount of the bundle can be viewed on the Executive Partner Dashboard, the Executive Partner Bundle cannot be used for any other purpose nor is the bundle refundable. 4.3.5. In PARTNERS, a City Partner can receive bundles from PARTNERS as needed, refund the bundle as per PARTNERS rules, or return it to PARTNERS as per the City Partner Agreement or Contract. 4.3.6. By following the PARTNERS Executive Partner and City Partner Bundle usage rules and guidelines, you can establish yourself as a Top Executive Partner and Top City Partner on the PARTNERS platform. 4.3.7. Executive Partner and City Partner An excellent employment at PARTNERS, PARTNERS believes that everyone can advance quickly from their position by using rules and some guidelines
5. RIGHT to Change PARTNERS Privacy Policy
5.1 PARTNERS reserves the right to change the Privacy Policy at any time and it is the responsibility of PARTNERS Users, Advertisers, Social Media Users, Executive Partners, and City Partners to comply with, and review, all changes to the PARTNERS Privacy Policy.
6. What advertisers and users should do
6.1 All users or advertisers to change passwords or confidential information personally or to reconnect or change password is sent a verification link to his/her email ID or sent through OTP to mobile must. 6.2 PARTNERS instructs the advertiser to post the advertisement with correct information while posting the advertisement, if for any reason the advertiser is not correct information and instructs to post the advertisement again after correcting it, so to post the advertisement with correct information. Responsibilities and duties of advertiser. 6.3 PARTNERS reserves the right to remove advertisements or posts from PARTNERS users or advertisers if the information in the advertisement is found to be incomplete or incorrect. 6.4 PARTNERS User Advertiser or Social Media Users reserves the right to access their personal information. 6.5 PARTNERS All users, advertisers, or social media users can edit personal information, and photos and post advertisements, but must comply with the platform policies and the laws of the Government of Bangladesh to advertise or post on social media or campaign. 6.6 All PARTNERS users, advertisers, or social media users are obliged to protect this privacy, otherwise your PARTNERS account will be terminated. 6.7 PARTNERS are obliged to comply with the laws and policies of the Government of Bangladesh and the Platform encourages or compels all users, advertisers, and social media users to comply with the law.
7. Communication and Email Tools

8. Unsubscribe and Data Removal
If you wish to review or remove your information from our databases, please contact our support team. You can also unsubscribe from our email communications at any time.
9. Google Analytics and Remarketing
PARTNERS uses Display Advertising and Remarketing technology with Google Analytics to advertise online. Google may show our ads across various websites based on past visits to our website. You can opt-out of Google Analytics for Display Advertising and customize Google Display Network ads using the Ads Preferences Manager.
10. Children's Privacy
PARTNERS is not intended for use by children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take appropriate steps to remove such information.
11. Changes to Privacy Policy
PARTNERS reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on PARTNERS. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
